Our approach at Gentle Care Chiro is to get your brain’s attention to fix the problem. We use NeuroImpulse Protocol, which is a highly specific and gentle form of chiropractic adjustment. . We also incorporate Functional Neuro-Orthopaedic Rehab (FNOR™) exercises, which are designed to enable the brain to engage with your muscles appropriately during movement. Dr Katherine Shields (Chiropractor) will design a unique care plan specifically to meet your needs and goals. She will give you Functional Neuro-Orthopaedic Rehab (FNOR™) exercises to do at home, to empower you to take control of your health and give you the confidence to engage and maintain preventative care for long-term health.
